KAREN WIEHOFF

Vice President of Operations

Karen Wiehoff is Vice President of Operations for eCU Technology. She joined the organization in 2023, overseeing operations through the development of client support services, project management, and business analysis. Her executive leadership in the financial services industry has afforded her in-depth expertise in consulting, relationship management, operations, human resources, marketing, and regulatory compliance. Karen has recently served as Senior Relationship Manager for a national consulting firm where she partnered and consulted with organizations through strategic planning, change management, and process improvement initiatives.

Karen serves as Vice Chair for The Lobiko Initiative, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that partners with community leaders in the Gemena region of the Democratic Republic of Congo, global experts, and change agents with the shared vision to contribute resources to ensure that every person has the opportunity to lead a life of wellbeing and to be part of a thriving community.

Karen graduated with a B.S. in Business Management and a Minor in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix, Houston, Texas. She then earned a Master of Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Karen loves spending time with family, traveling, photography, and the sport of running.
