Tiffany R. Sylvester is the Vice President of Marketing & Client Experience for eCU Technology. She has always been at the center of advertising, technology, and innovation, with over 20 years of professional experience. Tiffany is a leader and an innovator in the marketing and business development industry, having made a mark for herself in roles as both Director and Vice President at some of Houston’s most established financial services organizations.

Throughout her career, Tiffany has prided herself on building relationships and approaching her career path with energy and motivation. Her Gallup strengths position Tiffany as an achiever and relator with responsibility, a strategic mindset, and futuristic thinking at her core. The result earned Tiffany recognition with more than 20 awards for marketing, advertising, and community & business development efforts.

Today at eCU Technology, Sylvester is responsible for the company’s traditional and digital marketing & advertising efforts, as well as the client services department. She oversees the development, execution, and management of marketing, communications, and client engagement strategies. Sylvester focuses on product awareness, innovation and technology development as the financial technology industry continues to evolve, as well as ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for her clients.

Tiffany earned her Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University. She also graduated from the University of Houston, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management.
